Is the 28X Airport Flyer reliable?
I've seen the 28X Airport Flyer in transit many times, but I've yet to use it as a way to get to the airport and back into town, a few days later. Is it fairly reliable, in terms of being on time? Also, if I were to catch it from CMU, I would catch from across the street from campus on Forbes, right? I will be traveling on an early weekday morning ( Read more... ) -

rolls of quarters at the ready
Because I ride the bus (sometimes the T), because I won't be using a pass in January, and because the basic fare is going up from $2.00 to $2.25 on January 1, I'm going to invest in a few rolls of quarters to see me through the month. -
Bus Question
I want to take the 93 from Oakland to Lawrenceville tomorrow. Google Maps tells me to catch it at Bigelow and Tennyson, but the little dot telling me where to get on is square in the middle of the intersection and the line denoting the bus's route cuts across houses instead of following streets. lost on the bus
My friend came into town to visit today on the 28X and (very sadly) left her laptop on the bus. It's way past customer service hours, so nothing to be done tonight. Does anyone know of a web form or anything else useful in re-acquiring, or at least investigating a lost bus item?
